From Flat Wood to a Finished Ship

Every ship begins as a collection of individual wooden parts.

First, a high-precision laser carefully cuts each structural component from wood. The same machine then engraves the sails, hull, windows, railings, anchors, and fine decorative details.

Once the laser work is complete, I personally assemble and glue the entire ship by hand. Each piece must be carefully aligned so the layered hull, decks, masts, sails, railings, and rigging come together correctly.

This is not a mass-produced plastic model. Every ship passes through my hands from the first laser cut to the final inspection before it is prepared for its new home.
